Any disputes between customers arising from or in any way related to the online store are resolved by mutual agreement; otherwise, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.

PRICES

All prices in the online store Planetzdravja.com are stated in € (euros) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

TAXES

VAT is calculated according to the EU country to which the final customer imports the goods. In the event that the purchased goods are imported to a country that is not a member of the EU, the tax is calculated according to the country in which the company is headquartered.

Products can be paid for in a single payment unless otherwise expressly stated.

PAYMENT METHODS

The buyer pays for the ordered goods by one of the following methods: by advance payment, by cash on delivery, by credit card, or through the PayPal payment system.

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT OF ORDER

The customer who placed the order can cancel the order execution or amend the order. To cancel or amend the order, please send a notification to the email address eshop@planetzdravja.com or call +386 59 094 460.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT, COMPLAINTS, AND RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance selling, the buyer may withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason for their decision. The withdrawal is executed by sending an email to eshop@planetzdravja.com. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. The goods must be returned within 30 days from the withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

In the case of defects in products and mechanical damage not caused by improper handling by the customer, complaints are considered. All other irregularities or complaints are carefully resolved in collaboration with the customer, in the best possible way and solution for them.

Complaints are considered upon receipt of written or oral notice within 14 days after the order has been executed, sent to the email address eshop@planetzdravja.com or by phone at +386 59 094 460. Returns of goods are possible within 30 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract by the customer.

In the event of a recognized complaint, we replace the goods with the same at no cost and without postage costs to the customer. In the event that the customer decides to exchange the goods for another and the amount of the new goods is higher, the customer must pay the price difference. When the value of the new goods is lower than the value of the returned goods, the difference in price is refunded to the customer.

In the case of payment on delivery, the postage costs are already included in the cash on delivery amount, and the Post of Slovenia will separately charge you a commission for payment. You pay for the shipment in cash or by credit/debit card.

Regarding the shipping location, we have no limitations, except for general ones (i.e., countries with which postal traffic is halted). In the case of sending goods abroad, cash on delivery payment is not possible. The delivery time may be significantly extended due to various import/export procedures and the quality/speed of postal services.
