Recommended daily amount and instructions for use: drink 15 drops in a glass of warm water 3 times a day. 45 drops = 2.25 ml. The recommended daily amount (2.25 ml) contains 1.3275 ml of apricot kernel oil, 0.8775 ml of rapeseed oil, 0.0315 ml of sage leaf essential oil, 0.0135 ml of rosemary essential oil. The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded.
